How does the trial work?
The trial is 14 days and includes 500 credits. Both figures are placeholders until prices are approved. During the trial every run still shows its credit cost before anything is spent.
What happens when credits run out?
A run that costs more than your balance does not start. Emdepo shows the cost and your balance first. You can buy a pack or wait for the monthly reset. Opportunities, looks, references and brief drafting stay included.
Do unused credits carry over?
Credits included in a plan reset every month. Pack credits last 12 months from the day you buy them.
How do I cancel?
Shopify stores cancel in Shopify, where the plan is billed. Plan changes are confirmed there too. Changes you already published stay in your store.
Am I charged for an output that fails?
No. An output that fails is not charged. Every credit cost is shown before the spend, so you see the most a run can cost before it starts.
